Can't resize Mermaid blocks after converting
Product area Diagram as code → Mermaid
Steps to reproduce
- Insert a Mermaid diagram via Diagram as code.
- In the Diagram as code panel, click Convert to diagram (button wording may vary).
- After conversion, click an individual node/rectangle.
- Try to resize it by dragging the resize handles.
Expected result After conversion, nodes become standard Lucid shapes (normal rectangles) with fully functional resize handles.
Actual result Nodes still select as “Mermaid Rectangle Block” and cannot be resized (handles don’t work), even though:
- The diagram is no longer editable as Mermaid code
- There is no longer an outer Mermaid diagram/container to select
- The nodes are not locked
Impact User cannot adjust layout/sizing after conversion; requires rebuilding shapes manually or restoring a prior version.
