The toggle ‘Show cursor’ is automatically turned on when I create a Lucid spark board, and I can’t turn it off, even when I make myself the facilitator. Not sure how come. Welcome any ideas.

Our colleagues feel the cursors are very overwhelming when working all together.

I have my answer. I was trying to test it on my own and then with a guest collaborator, in this case the toggle button remained greyed out, and i couldnt turn it off. When I have tried it out with another colleague, it was possible for me to toggle on and off.

Hi @Ads

Kindly give a try with the below steps and see if it fixes your issue.

  • Look for a toggle or checkbox labeled "Show Cursors"
  • Turn off "Show Cursors."
  • It is all in the collaboration features in Lucidspark

Make use of the below help article as well.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
