We can’t get the Lucidchart Add-on for Confluence working, as the post-install config page doesn’t load. We’ve tried installing via the Atlassian marketplace, Lucid integrations marketplace and under App Integration in the Lucid admin console, but each time we’re getting stuck with the same error:

Could you please confirm that an Admin on both Lucid and Atlassian side has attempted to install this integration?

If the issue persists then, could you please let us know what browser are you using? Have you tried this on an additional browser or using an incognito or private window?

Additionally, could you let us know what version of the Lucidchart plug-in are you using and provide a detailed description of the steps taken leading up to the issue?

And finally, could you please send a screenshot of the Javascript console when the issue occurs? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).
