Can't change shape type

Hi @tavisg, thank you for posting in the community! It looks like you may be using a textbox shape in your diagram - is this correct? Unfortunately, the option to change an existing shape on the canvas is only available for basic shapes and flowchart shapes.

Could you please try using a shape from the flowchart and basic shape libraries and let me know if you experience trouble with changing the shape?
