Hi! I’m unable to move the shapes in my org chart by holding shift and dragging or manually changing the X or Y coordinates (through the shape options tab). This has caused inconsistent and irregular spacing within my org chart. When I drag the shape or change the coordinate it just goes right back to normal. Any help is appreciated!

First, if you haven’t already, I recommend setting/adjusting the layout style as described here. Selecting the entire org chart should open the contextual panel on the right. In the layout tab, you can adjust the layout style and the horizontal/vertical spacing of your chart.
If you’re still having trouble with setting consistent spacing, I’d recommend verifying that the shapes in your org chart are all the same size. You can do so by selecting all the org chart shapes > right-clicking on the shape you’d like all others to match to > selecting ‘Match size’ > then selecting ‘Both width and height’. This is described in more detail here. All shapes will then match the last shape you selected and right-clicked on.
