Attempting to create a new document from my home page and the New button is disabled.  It says that I have no internet connection but I clearly do because I am posting this.

Can you try accessing Lucid in an Incognito window and swapping browsers to see if that changes anything? If not can you post a screenshot of the error you are seeing?


Hi, This is happening to me this morning using Chrome.  Tried Incognito and still no good.  Tried Firefox and it worked. 


Hi ​@Gary Perkins, thank you for continuing this thread. Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a similar issue! Since it’s working in Firefox, this suggests that the issue is Chrome specific. 

As a first step, could you please confirm if you have any browser extensions/ plugins in Chrome configured to run in Incognito mode? An easy way to check this in Chrome is to try logging into your Lucid account in Guest Mode (rather than Incognito mode), as extensions are automatically disabled in Guest Mode.

Please let me know if you see any improvements after trying this step!
