My company is in the process of moving from ProMapp to Lucid for all of our standard operating procedure documentation. In ProMapp, our SOPs are texted based, like a Word document, with images being attached to some steps. They are not chart or flow chart based. This is an example of how our current SOPs are done in ProMapp:
My question is, is it possible to set up SOPs in Lucid in a form similar to what we’re doing in ProMapp or are we going to have to move to chart based documents? I’ve been doing a little research and so far it looks like we are going to have to convert to chart based documents but I may very well have missed something.
