The RACI templates have draggable shapes that stay within the “key” but also duplicate in the chart.
We’re using different letters than RACI but I can’t figure out how to edit them or create my own key with the circles that duplicate when dragged.

The Role shapes (RACI) are placed into a Custom Shape Bank which is the function that allows the shapes to be drag & droppable!
You can customise your own by clicking ‘More Tools’ and adding the ‘Custom shape bank’ to your canvas.
You can then add the RACI keys onto your canvas then edit them to suit your use-case. After that, simply drag and drop the new shapes onto the custom shape to add it to the bank. This will allow you to drag & drop the keys like the template’s version.
