Smart features are intrusive. I am unable choose to enable or disable simple things like Tidy Up or the Hints window on start-up. This really wouldn’t be classified as an “Idea” but basically just normal courtesies extended to users of your platform - as simple as enabling grid lines or snap to settings.

Hi @cpan

Lucidchart currently does not offer user-facing options to disable Smart features like the Tidy Up suggestion or automatic Tips windows at startup.

  • Only basic features such as grid lines or snap-to-grid can be enabled or disabled per user preference, while Smart prompts remain unavoidable.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
