Hi ​@Sebastien Ruchet, I’m sorry that you’re having trouble exporting a Lucidchart document with grouped elements as a PNG file. Thank you for proactively providing a Support PIN of your test document!

After testing on my documents and with your test document, I’m unable to reproduce this issue. Can you confirm if selecting ‘Crop to content’ as shown below solves this for you? If ‘Do not crop’ is selected in this drop down, that may explain why you may see extra white space. Does the image below display what you are hoping to see on your end?

If selecting Crop to content does not work for you, can you please try the steps below? 

• Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

• Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. 

• Can you please provide me with a screenshot or a screen recording of your view?

• Can you provide a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac)
