When using a keyboard shortcut to create a new shape (either TAB or Enter), the entire board shifts when the new shape is created. Ctrl+Z does not undo the shift.

Hi Jsourbeet,

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the problem? I was unable to replicate it based on my understanding of your issue. I’ve attached a recording of double-clicking to create a new sticky note, then pressing Tab, Ctrl+Z, Enter, Ctrl+Z.

Hi Caden, thanks for replying so quickly. I’m actually using lucidchart, not lucidspark. I’ve taken a screen recording, but the gui won’t allow me to add it to this comment. I’ve attached screenshots with captions of each button press from my video instead. For context, the blue background blocks are locked shape elements.

Before I hit TAB
After I hit TAB
After I hit Ctrl+Z

Ok now onto the second buggy behavior.

I’ve just reset the board. This screenshot is before I press ‘Enter’
After I press Enter
This is after I press Ctrl+Z so that does work for this one.

The only way I’ve been able to create a new card of the same type and color is to duplicate a card and then edit the text by: ctrl+c and ctrl+v, edit text.

Let me know if that clarified my issue! Thanks.
