lucidchart addon importing “cropped” representations of  lucidchart diagrams.  Edges of the diagram are cropped out. 

shows up cropped in google slides/google docs; expanding crop bounding box has no effect.

 

This is a new problem, it used to work.  And breaks the ability to quickly sync changes in my diagram.   Bummed!

  • Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause?
  • Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)?
  • Can you please send screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

 

If the above does not work, would you mind trying the following steps and letting me know if that helps?

  1. Remove your inserted Lucidchart document from Google docs/slides
  2. Re-insert your Lucidchart document
  3. Refresh your browser

Additionally, does clicking ‘Update images’ as shown below help?

I’m having the same problem.The suggested mitigation steps did not help.


I’m experiencing the same issue (cropped Lucidchart in a Google Doc). See the screenshot below; the highlighted area is cropped.

Hi all, I’ve heard back from our development team and it looks like they’ve made an update for this issue. Could you please try reinserting your diagrams into Google via the add-on and let us know if you see any improvements?

The fix worked on one of my diagrams but is still broken for another one. 


Hi ​@marko, thank you for following up. If you haven’t already, could you please try insert the same diagram in a new blank Google Doc and let me know if the issue still occurs there?

If the issue persists, could you please share the temporary Support PIN for the document in question? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing.
