My work screen becomes black for all of my work. What is the problem?

In addition, I am amazed that there is no contact form for help and that there is no possibility to get in touch with Lucid team.

In the meantime, could you try opening Lucid in an Incognito/Private window or a different browser? You can also try some basic troubleshooting, such as disabling WebGL, to see if that resolves the issue.
