how do we get Barracuda Appliance diagram in Lucidchart? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I am building a diagram of the infrastructure we have at the data center on the rack. We have a Barracuda appliance used for backup. I wanted to insert the diagram of the appliance in the rack but I could not find it so I thought maybe there is a way to import it from Barracuda into Lucidchat.

Thanks for the follow up.

We don't have that particular shape or photo of it but you're able to add custom shapes and images in Lucidchart. You can read this article for more information on how to do this. You can use this link for more help on importing shapes and images.
