I’m on an enterprise version of Lucidchart and we use Bamboo. According to this article I should be able to import and org chart directly. 

 

However, after I add our company bambooHR domain and click continue I get an error message stating that I don't have access to that data anymore and that I need to sign in. When I go to sign in, it takes me back to the error message. I’m stuck in a doom loop. Can someone please help?

In the meantime, if you have an existing org chart you imported with BambooHR, would you be willing to refresh the dataset? Please let me know if you see any issues when trying this step. Thank you!
