I am also having the same issue. The main reason I signed up to LucidChart was because I was able to import information from BambooHR. I was able to once, a few months ago, but when I try to do it again now, I have the exact same issue as @ChelseaGregory. I have also been in touch with BambooHR support, and they mentioned that this is exclusively a LucidChart issue and they cannot do anything from their side.
