Hello -

I have a team that is new to Lucid working on a project.  They will be logging in to add sticky notes between sessions.  How can I back up a breakout page after each session so that if something accidentally gets changed/deleted etc, that we will have a point to go back to if needed?  I’m thinking perhaps I can copy the breakout pages after each session into a separate file that doesn’t have group access?  I cannot figure out how to do this though.  Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Thank you!!

Jen

Good news for you: Lucid automatically maintains a revision history. You can see previous versions and you can also revert to them. You don’t have to do anything special to save a stream of previous versions. See this article: Revision history in Lucid – Lucid

If you are nervous about losing progress and really just want a duplicate of the work, there are a few ways to do this. Shanna H made an animated GIF showing it for Lucidchart voted best answer here: How do I duplicate a Lucidchart document so that I have two slightly different charts? | Community. You can also choose Duplicate from the File menu when viewing the post-its in Lucidchart.

If you are using Lucidspark, you can use the hamburger menu to Make a Copy in Lucidchart.

Once the copy or duplicate is made, you can change permissions if you want them to be different.

Thank you!!!
