Arrows and document format changed suddenly in a timeline

We have been using the timeline feature in Lucid to document milestones on our roadmap. At some point over Christmas, the formatting of the object went wonky -the milestones all disappeared and the arrows ended up pointing at random spot on the board.

I have fixed it a couple of times by rolling back the revision to find the point where it went wrong, which appears to be an “automated action” at some point around the 2nd January. If I then roll it forward again, it fixes itself but not permanently.

I have tried exporting the board but still get the same problem. We don’t want to have to recreate the roadmap as it would be a lot of work.

I can’t share images of it here as it contains sensitive info, but imagine that the background frame on the roadmap has disappeared along with all the milestones, and instead there are a series of arrows between the timeline elements all pointing to a far away point in the lower left of the screen.

To confirm, is this happening to one specific board where you are using the timeline feature? Does it happen to other timelines if you have multiple in the same board?

Could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. @Ally this sounds to me like a bug. I would suggest submitting a ticket to our Product Support team.
