Hi @nina r thanks for posting in the community! Layers can be seen on confluence if there is an action button used to toggle them. For more information on how to make button using actions please take a look at the Layers and Actions. section of our Layers Help Center article. 

However we're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. If you would like to see the option to select layers in our Confluence integration please add your idea to our feature request form. Ideas submitted to this form are passed on to the product development team for their consideration.
