Thanks for posting in the Community. It may be possible to achieve part of your use case through conditional formatting and linked data from Google Sheets but unfortunately there is not currently a method to push alerts from conditional formatting rules in Lucidchart. If this is a functionality you'd like to see supported in the future please submit a Product Feedback section.
