I have activated a free individual trial for Lucidspark - but on this main page I still seem to be on free plan - which does not let me create more than 3 charts etc. WIll i need to buy both of them? I only want to use Lucidspark - but they somehow seem to be tied together?

Hi @bobtinator, thank you for posting in the community! I can see that you currently have the Lucidspark free individual trial. While you do have a Lucidspark Individual plan, the banner message is indicating that you have a free Lucidchart account.

Lucidchart and Lucidspark are two different tools, so they are purchased separately.  On the free version of either, you'll be restricted to editing your 3 most recent files. This means you should be able to create and edit unlimited Lucidspark boards but will be limited to 3 most recent Lucidchart documents.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if this is not what you’re seeing or if you have any questions.

Ohh I see - I think I accidentally tried to duplicate or create a LucidChart instead of a LucidSpark - thats why it did not let me create a 4th one. It all works now - thanks!

Thanks for the follow up @bobtinator ! Glad to hear everything is working correctly. Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions - we are happy to help! :)
