I created a prompt for generating AWS-specific architecture diagrams, but the results were disappointing. I would like to request a refund of the billing charges.!-->

@nitheeshp I would like to address two things here: first, why the results might have been disappointing then how to get a refund.

First, I would recommend checking out this thread to find out why you might not have gotten the results you were seeking.

If that still doesn’t help or you don’t want to spend any more than you already have, please follow these steps below:

  1. Log into your Lucid account.
  2. Click your profile icon or initials in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Plans & Billing from the navigation menu on the left.

Note: If you do not see the Plans & Billing tab in the left-hand menu, it likely means you are on a Team or Enterprise account and do not have account owner or billing admin permissions. Contact the account owner of your account or see this Lucid admin panel: Administrator roles article for more information.

If all else fails, you can submit a ticket to Billing Support.
