Feature breakdown
Team organizer
With the team organizer, your organization has the ability to create team hubs at scale to ensure all teams have a home base in Lucid. You can also leverage team tags for streamlined resource management and sharing. For more information, check out our Use team organizer to streamline team setup and management article.
Blueprints and insights
Blueprints are collections of templates that provide teams with a consistent, scalable starting point for Agile workflows. They help standardize proven ways of working across the organization while enabling teams to gather actionable insights that are aggregated into dashboards for greater visibility and informed leadership decision-making. For more information, check out our Use blueprints to jumpstart your team’s work article.
Enhanced planning
Enhanced planning empowers teams to visualize and manage workloads with clarity and ease, as well as leverage draft mode and multiple scenarios to make sure plans are finalized before pushing to external systems using integrations like Jira or Azure DevOps. By leveraging Dynamic Tables and Timelines in combination with Lucid Cards, teams can estimate effort, define capacity limits, and reassign work across their boards. For more information, check out our Manage team workload with enhanced planning article.

Set up and view insights
Set up insights in a template
You can set up certain components of a blueprint template to collect insights that are aggregated into a dashboard. To set up insights, follow these steps while editing a template within a blueprint:
- Select the Blueprint creator icon from the Primary Toolbar on the left-hand side of the document.
- Add a Frame or Visual Activity to the template from the available options under “Insight shapes”.
- Type a unique name to display on the dashboard.
View team insights
After insights are set up within a blueprint, you can see the aggregated view of insights for all teams within the accelerator or for a specific team.
Insights in the dashboard will include:
- Responses for Visual Activities that have been set up to collect insights.
- Sticky notes or text contained within Frames that have been set up to collect insights.
View insights for all teams
To view insights for all teams within the accelerator, follow these steps from the accelerator homepage:
- Click Insights from the navigation on the left-hand side.
- Select a dashboard from the list that appears.
- Each blueprint you create has its own separate dashboard.
Alternatively, click View insights to the right of the name and description on the blueprint’s customization page.
Insights on this page include data from all teams who have access to the selected blueprint. Use the dropdown menus at the top of the page to filter by time period, team tag, or specific teams.
Insight details
To view a particular insight in more detail, click Details from the bottom-left of the insight’s tile. From here you can get various details depending on the type of insight.
- Frame insights: View AI-generated summaries and different sticky note themes inside the Frame as well specific sticky note responses.
- Single-axis prioritization Visual Activity insights: View the average or change over time for a given time period and specific responses.
- To see changes over time, reset the Visual Activity after each use rather than changing your response—changing your response will override previous insight data.
- Double-axis prioritization or categorization Visual Activity insights: View the average response for a given time period.
Use the dropdown menus at the top of the page to filter details by time period.
Note: Your Enterprise account needs to have AI enabled to get full insight capabilities. If AI is disabled, only the raw data can be collected from Frames that are set up to collect insights. For steps to enable AI, check out our Lucid admin panel: Security settings article. AI functionality is not available in the FedRAMP environment.
Ask Lucid AI about team insights
The insight details page for Frame insights includes AI-generated summaries of the sticky note responses that have been included in the Frame. In addition to these summaries, you can ask Lucid AI questions about the sticky note responses by clicking Ask a question, which appears near the summary.
After you’ve clicked Ask a question, the Lucid AI panel appears on the right side of the page. From here you can click one of the suggested questions or type a custom question about the sticky note responses that have been collected in this Frame insight.
