Adding the colour "cloud" has affected all my diagrams
Hello,
I am not sure what you have done with a recent update, but you have “reworked” all my diagrams.
You seem to have added a colour “cloud” which is on the right-side of “white”. Because you have not associated the colours correctly and “shifted-right” the relationships all my diagrams that had grey colours of shapes now have “cloud” as the colour.
All the Grid lines are now white (or cloud) so ALL my diagrams now need to be re-adjusted for the “update” you have carried out.
It’s going to take me many many hours to get all the diagrams back to where they were before your update.
Is there a setting I can switch or do I have to manually rework all diagrams?
Thanks

Good morning @MarkTerrington,
I checked internally to see if we made any recent updates to our color picker, and I am not finding any recent changes. One thing I thought you might try is checking the “version history” on your document to see if you can see when that change occurred on your document? Below I show how you can access the revision history.
In Lucidspark:
In Lucidchart:
I’m very curious to know if this solves your issue, and if not, let’s figure out what happened.
Is there a chance that your browser is using a Light/Dark mode that is changing everything?
Also some chrome plugins, anti-virus and ad-blockers can kill some of the styling javascript/css that runs silently in your browser…
Thanks for the replies. The only thing I can see is there was a new “colour” in the palette of “Cloud”.
The colour sequence in the palette used to go: 1) No Colour, 2) White, 3) Lunar (light grey).
It now goes 1) No Colour, 2) White, 3) Cloud, 4) Lunar (light grey).
Items that had a colour of “Lunar” then had a colour of “Cloud”.
I did look at the version history and it’s just me updating the documents. But I didn’t “Add” a colour called “Cloud”. Which seems the culprit.
Thanks for your time.
Cheers,
Mark
