Add a connector point to a shape

Question

Hi I have shearched online, used chatGPT , but I cannot find out how to add a connectort point to a shape
Some searches indicated using Ctrl(Windows) and Click on Shape border...this does not work. Other searches say right click on the shape bu slecting Add Connector...this does not exist?
Any thoughts?
In Visio is can easily be done?

​@warde.wynterin my experience, all you had to do was click on the connector button you wanted and drag and drop. If you click the line and grab the endpoint of the arrow, you will be able to drag the connection anywhere on the shape. Alternatively, as you begin to create your line, you can drag the end point around to any location on the end shape.If you are unable to see this behavior, I would recommend turning off snapping within your document settings.
