@Micah  This is a great first step. You should be moving quickly to providing VPATs and current status of products as measured against WCAG 2 standards on the accessibility hub page now that we have real, tangible deadlines set by the new ADA rule making process. Requiring us to contact you as a vendor when evaluating multiple vendors slows the process down, and frankly, hints that you are trying to hide something (whether true or not).

I would also recommend making the results of the third-party auditor available if you are participating in an RFP as part of your response. My state higher education governing board likes to do system-level RFPs as a means to see cost savings at scale. When evaluating a response from a vendor (specifically for the accessibility of the product) I do not want to have to request information that should be readily available in the response). I understand the sensitivity of the third-party audit as it exposes functionality and features of your products and you do not want your competitors having access to this sensitive/proprietary information. This is why, for RFP responses only, I recommend providing the most recent audit results as part of your response. All other documents should be listed on your Accessibility Hub page automatically.
