I’m on the individual plan (which purports to allow unlimited shapes and documents), however I keep getting this prompt when creating a new board:

Really confused - am I missing something?

Hi @lele.ldn, thank so much for your post!

Just to rule a few things out, could you please confirm whether you have an Individual subscription for Lucidchart and/or Lucidspark?

It is worth keeping in mind that Lucidchart and Lucidspark are two separate products, therefore having an Individual subscription to one doesn’t automatically include access to the other.

With a free Lucidspark or Lucidchart account, there is a limit of 3 free documents, which could be affecting your experience. More information on this can be found in our Help Center article on Lucid Plans.

Let me know if that helps!

Hi there

Triple checked and I definitely have an individual Lucidchart account, not Lucidspark. Any ideas?

Thanks

Leah

Hi @lele.ldn, thank you for following up! If you have don’t have an Individual Lucidspark subscription, it is expected behaviour that you can only edit up to 3 most recently created boards in Lucidspark as shown in the screenshot you have provided. More information can be found in our Help Center article on Lucid Plans.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Hi there

I do have the paid individual plan, though. Any thoughts on how I can resolve this issue?

Thanks

Hi @lele.ldn I’ll be happy to clarify! You currently have a paid Individual Lucidchart subscription (which allows you to edit an unlimited number of documents in Lucidchart), but not a paid Individual Lucidspark subscription.

Hence, as a free user in Lucidspark, you can only edit up to 3 most recently created boards in Lucidspark, as detailed here.

I hope this is helpful! Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any further concerns.
