Hello Lucid Community,

Lucid is currently experiencing an issue with certain documents not loading and showing a “There was an error loading your document” message.

Our Development Team is urgently looking into this, and we expect the issue to be resolved shortly. We’ll provide an update via this thread as soon as the issue is resolved. In the interim, our apologies for any inconvenience the issue causes.

As a temporary workaround, if the issue occurs in a Lucidchart document and you have access to a Lucidspark subscription through an Individual, Team or Enterprise account, exporting your document to Lucidspark should enable you to open it.
