Suppose you are using ServiceNow or a similar platform for license management requests for other software your organization uses. In that case, you probably do not want to receive requests in the Lucid admin panel or emails to respond to them.

Lucid allows you to redirect users to an external link in order to submit a license request, allowing you to centralize your license distribution actions.

In your Lucid Admin panel, under License Settings, you can place an external link that would redirect your users to your desired ticketing system or form.

Once enabled, you will have an option to turn off email notifications for license requests - this is not mandatory, but definitely advised as it would reduce unnecessary spam.

Ideally, this link would take the user to a ticket creation page or form in your license management software, making all requests centralized and placed to the correct team, rather than Lucid admins.

This flow works best in combination with SAML/SCIM enabled, centralizing your work even more - if a request is approved, user would be provided with a license from software such as Azure, making it unnecessary to open Lucid admin panel for this purpose, and make it easy for non-Lucid admins to handle these requests.
