Introducing Portfolio management to give large, complex product teams real-time visibility across their entire portfolio!

As product organizations grow, work inevitably spreads across multiple teams, product lines, and business units. That's great for execution,  but it makes it difficult for leaders to see the full picture.

It’s why we built airfocus Portfolio management! 🎉

It’s designed to close that gap, bringing product work from across the organization into live, flexible views and dashboards that update in real time.

Available to all customers with an airfocus Enterprise plan subscription, Portfolio management give product leaders and executives the bird’s eye view to monitor priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies at a glance, from different angles, and an understanding of how strategic initiatives are breaking down into real work, drill into team execution when needed, and use dashboards to clearly see whether the portfolio reflects their strategy.

The launch introduces two core features:

Portfolios

Live, editable views that pull work from across your entire product org into one place. Not a static rollup. Not a report you build manually. A real-time view that updates as your teams work, where you can actually act on what you see (edits sync straight back to the source workspace).

Dashboard views

Widget-based dashboards that give you instant insight into priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies, without hours of setup. There are presets that detect your data and build useful widgets in one click.

We hope you’re as excited as us about this launch! To find out more about how Portfolios and Dashboard views work, visit the Help center or contact your account manager.

This is a fantastic step forward!

From my perspective as a quality and process governance manager, this is exactly the kind of capability growing organizations need to move from fragmented execution to controlled, data-driven delivery. One of the biggest challenges we see across teams is a lack of visibility, alignment, and traceability across initiatives.

What stands out most here is the ability to:
✔️ Create real-time, single-source visibility across portfolios
✔️ Strengthen alignment between strategic objectives and execution
✔️ Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early (which is critical for effective risk management and continuous improvement)
✔️ Enable leadership to make timely, evidence-based decisions

From a quality management standpoint, this supports:

  • Better process control and monitoring
  • Improved performance tracking (KPIs & objectives)
  • Stronger governance and accountability across teams

Excited to see how teams leverage this to enhance both efficiency and strategic clarity!
