We are trying to use smart containers to visualise customer technical debt. We are able to capture the type of platform, vendor, functions etc. The Smart Containers provide a dynamic view but having vendor logo’s etc associated with the key groupings make it easier for customer's to identify elements in the diagram vs reading everything. Currently cutting and pasting icon’s, but if you update the data this breaks. You can do images with Org charts, but there were different challenges with some of the pre-configured fields.
