How can I change the text and shape orientation in a multidimensional swimlane as I do not have the option in the Contextual Panel? I need to change the text and tile for example Product team to be horizontal (same as the top swimlane September) as it is difficult to read.

However, it is possible to change the orientation in regular swim lane shapes. As a workaround, you can combine the vertical and horizontal swim lanes together to create a similar effect. Please see the GIF below for a demonstration:
