Why still Lucidchart does not support right-to-left fonts?

Pinned Reply By Micah

Hi all, thank you for your commitment to sharing feedback and helping us improve our products - I’ve updated the status of this request to “future consideration,” which means the product development team isn’t currently working on this but might revisit in the future, and you’re welcome to continue adding feedback on this topic. I’d like to share this resource, which further explains the context of the “future consideration” status, in case it is helpful.

Hi @adire, thanks for this comment! While support for Hebrew would likely be addressed as part of support for all right-to-left languages, we’d love to learn more about your specific needs in Hebrew. While we’ll continue to use this thread as the central conversation for all right-to-left languages, you’re more than welcome to start a new thread about it here! I’ll also share a few other threads below that specifically mention Hebrew. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback!

Hi. currently the main problem is that Hebrew is presented backward. if I type: “אדיר” it will present in my diagram as “רידא”.  looks like it can be resolved pretty much easily because it looks like there is no font issue.

@adire Appreciate the additional context and specific example - very helpful!

How is this still not a priority? Approximately 491 million people globally speak Arabic, making it the fifth most spoken language in the world.
