Links to Question

Smart Containers with 2 groupings | Community (lucid.co)

Current:

Data linked smart container can only be grouped by one data linked column.

Limits:

I have 3 level hierarchies (business processes, architectures, capability maps, etc.) and with the current limit I can only auto-generate levels 1 and levels 2. Level 3 can only be a text attribute of level 2.

Request:

Allow the smart container feature to have a 2nd grouping and another nested array of shapes. All with the same functionality for layouts and other shape formatting.

I would take this a step further and not limit it to just 3 levels, it would be nice to be able to group data to as many levels as needed (similar to the Structure grouping in Lucidscale).

This would make Smart Containers at least ten times more useful than the current implementation (when working with larger datasets).
