Shape library for Databricks

Definitely. Found this idea because I was searching and expecting to find it already!

Please make this happen.  Our users would love to have Lucid ERDs for our Databricks environment.

Thanks for showing your support for this idea by adding to this thread with your feedback here ​@Matt W104 and ​@cjones2! I can certainly understand why this would be beneficial.

Databricks has unique nomenclature and objects that are not easily covered by other existing shapes.  The things that I would be looking for in particular are catalogs, all purpose compute, serverless compute, SQL Warehouses, volumes, workspaces etc. When explaining databricks architecture to stakeholders like security and executive leadership, these icons will help us properly communicate our access policies.

As a workaround, while I know it may not be ideal, you can create your own custom shape library from the Shapes panel under More Shapes and My Libraries.

You can also import SVG files or Visio stencil files as Lucid will generate a shape library from the imported file. Please see the following documentation for more details on those solutions:
