Hi

Unfortunately Lucidchart doesn't support the RTL language but still I suggest testing it respectfully request them to add RTL feature and add Persian Hebrew and Arabic nice fonts.

Thanks

Hi Satar

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on supported languages in Lucidchart. Right-to-left languages currently aren’t supported, but we highly value user feedback. If you’re willing to share, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread. I’ve also converted this post to an idea so that it’s visible to others within the Product Feedback section of the community - from here, they can upvote it and add details of their own.

Finally, for more information on how Lucid manages feedback via this community, take a look at this post:

I have an issue when writing in Arabic; the letters appear separated and in the opposite order.

I tried many solutions, such as changing the font or even uploading a new font, but they all did not resolve the issue.

The screenshot below describes what I said. (The correct text should be “مرحبا جون”)

Hi @samer13us, thank you for taking the time to contribute to this post! Unfortunately, right-to-left languages such as Arabic aren’t currently supported in Lucidchart, which is the reason you’re seeing what you described above. I certainly understand how important this might be to your work - if you’ve not already, please consider upvoting and commenting on the main request linked above to help us centralize the conversation!
