PDF export all diagrams in a folder

Hi there,

I couldn’t find this topic anywhere on the forum. I have a folder of Lucid diagrams and I want to export all of them as PDF. I am unaware of a solution to this and currently out of necessity have been exporting each diagram individually. It’s all very manual and there must be a quicker way.

Hi @JohnLTEK,

Thanks for posting in the Community! Unfortunately, bulk export isn't a feature we have available at this time. However, we do allow for a backup of all documents on an individual user account to Google Drive. You can set up a weekly backup of your Lucid documents to Google Drive. If you set this up, you will receive an LAF backup file in your Google Drive account every week. You can then restore your documents to Lucid. It is important to note that LAF files are only readable by Lucid.

Alternatively, you could programmatically export all documents on your account to static images using Lucid's external API - Export Document endpoint.

I appreciate the tip with LAF backups. It might be handy to have in the future. I’ll try out the API and see if that is suitable for our team’s needs.
