I am using Salesforce synched contacts, and have built up an org chart. I would like the ability to expand and collapse hierarchical sections like you can with the Org Chart, but it isn’t possible, which is a hue shame. I can achieve something similiar with grouping and layers, but it is much less intuitive, takes more time, becomes very messy managing that many layers and is overall a much worse user experience.

Is there a plan to add this functionality to the salesforce contact approach?

I could see it being helpful to have an option in Lucid to generate an org chart, at which point you can choose to be Lucid native or Salesforce linked, but the user experience remains the same. If you could add contacts in the same way as you do in the org chart mode (by just clicking the + icon) you could then have an option to select from a list of synced SF contacts or create a placeholder for example. This would make building org charts much quicker. Coupled with the above, it would then become much easier to collapse sections of the chart to help with navigation and would become a much more valuable tool for collaboration. Happy to discuss further if needed.

Really like the tool so far in any case.
