There are some default status options on a Lucid Card.  Where do you go to edit/change then?

Hi @Paul Ipaper, thank you for posting in the community! Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to change the default status options in Lucid, but we’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products. This is something that other users have voiced - we encourage you to upvote the following Community Idea post. If you’re willing to share, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread.

Thanks @Leianne C - when I look at that idea, it doesn’t clearly request the status field on the Lucid Card can be configured with different values.

The challenge with the default status values is that it does not fit our development process.  Our users understand terms like, Not Started, Need Discovery, Design, Build, IT Test, QA Test, To Deploy, Completed.

If I could add a 2nd picklist with custom picklist values and hide the status picklist, that would be a viable workaround.

Hi @Paul Ipaper, thank you for the quick response and clarifying your request! I understand how a separate idea post would be helpful for this. I’ve gone ahead and converted this post to an idea so that it’s visible to others within the Product Feedback section of the community - from here, they can upvote it and add details of their own. If you’re willing to share, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread.
