Need account access audit trail

While following up with support we learned Lucid does not support the ability to see or request account access activity for login success and failed attempt for users in our account. Seems this is basic audit trail information. Is there no way for this to be added for customers to see or request in the event they suspect potential activity to investigate?

Unfortunately, the type of audit information you are looking for is not currently supported in Lucid, but we’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products. Thanks for sharing this feedback. 

Just to elaborate further: you mean like a audit trail that Jira and similar SaaS has it? Jira, for example, provide this type of info. :

Jira Example

Would you like to give some ideas of which criteria to be shown? Personally I would like to check:

  • User Name (First and Last Name)
  • E-mail
  • Which document was altered (opened or edited)
  • Which document was deleted
  • Which document was shared

Do you think this information should be shown in the Admin Account settings (Example below)?

Yes activity logs, but improtantly when our users log in activity and access lucid chart and what they access or modify.
