Lucidchart doesn't currently have a puzzle piece style template as you're describing but I'd love to hear from the broader community if someone has created a similar custom template for themselves! Our team would also love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread. If you can share any further detail about your use case or what you're hoping to visualize I might also be able to recommend another template that might help you achieve something similar. 

The puzzle pieces can be a useful feature for creating presentations demonstration of teamwork and visualizing key business processes or management systems e.g. Plan Do Check Act etc.

You can try using a square shape and insert circles or oval shapes symmetrical to each other. Then edit the colors that overlap.

It's quite tedious but it can be done
