Hi - The Change Shape option is greyed out when I right click on a shape in my flowchart in Lucidchart. I need to covert existing shapes to the same shape features as are in my personal shape library. I cannot do this when I drag a new shape from my Library into my chart either.

Thanks for posting in the community! Unfortunately the "Change Shape" feature is only available to the basic shape library or flowchart shape library. If you would like to see it available for personal shape libraries, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread. I’ve also converted this post to an idea so that it’s visible to others within the Product Feedback section of the community - from here, they can upvote it and add details of their own.
