Hello.
I wish to use the latest Aug 2025 Microsoft Azure icons. They are provided as SVG files (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/architecture/icons/#icon-terms).

A few queries, firstly how can I bulk import all the SVG icons from one root folder, retaining the folder structure? Possibly using the folder names as the library names.

When attempting to use the icons they are extremely small. Is there anything that can be done here?

Failing that, would it be possible for the Lucid team to update the Azure icons? They are currently at Nov 2024 and a few updates have been released.

Thank you
Luke Wilkins

Hi @lukepwilkins, thank you for posting in the community! Unfortunately, importing SVG icons while retaining folder structure isn’t currently supported in Lucid. You will need to create a custom shape library for each folder that you’d like to import.

That said, we’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products. If you’re willing to share, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread. I’ve also converted this post to an idea so that it’s visible to others within the Product Feedback section of the community - from here, they can upvote it and add details of their own.

Finally, for more information on how Lucid manages feedback via this community, take a look at this post:

Thank you for sharing your ideas and feedback in the community. Please let us know if you have any questions.

OK thank you @Leianne C.

I have created the necessary libraries and gone through a series of drag and drops of multiple SVGs to populate the libraries.

If anything else, the updated Azure architecture icons natively available in Lucid would be of benefit to the community.

Thank you.

Hi @lukepwilkins, thank you for the update! Glad to hear you were able to import and create the necessary custom shape libraries and additional feedback. I have updated this post’s title to reflect that request as well. Please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions. Cheers!
