You can create new members within your org chart by simply typing the name in on the left hand side and then dragging the employee to the desired location. You can also manually add connections by dragging lines onto the canvas. 

WHOA. I see this question is from 2016. Has this been resolved? If so this post should be updated. Otherwise yikes! This is a basic feature of an org structure in my business. 

Hi Benjamin thank you for continuing this thread. When you import your data set it automatically formats as a hierarchical structure. It is simplest to manually add and place an assistant by copying an org chart shape pasting it near desired location editing information in the org chart shape to reflect assistant information and then adding a line to connect to correct executive. I have added gif to help you walk through the steps. Hope this helps!
