I have a page within a document that I would like to hide. I likely won't include it in the final document but I don't want to delete it justo in case.

Have upvoted this. Being able to hide pages so that we can retain historical or other records without having to scroll through a long list of pages seems pretty fundamental to a platform where often, users have multiple pages and revisions.

As a common example where this feature is useful, refer to Excel.
