When using the find function it highlights the text with a kind of peach color. I use various text background fill colors which can make it difficult to locate the found text in a complex diagram.

Is there any way to change this color? I looked and I suspect not so may need to be a suggestion for enhancement.

Thank you for the reply @Leianne C

I work in a hospital and for many years we used Viso to create maps of each floor and all the IT equipment throughout the hospital. The organization is transitioning to Lucid products. Fortunately the import works very well to bring out large and complex maps into Lucid.

I have identified a few areas where Lucid  falls short. This post was about one issue that we have. Most of our maps are text labels and we color code those labels depending on what types of equipment it is. I found when searching that the highlight color used but the find function can make it difficult to see on the map where the item is. It would be advantageous for users to be able to do some customization of colors.

The Find function is also one of the areas I feel needs the highest priority. The mobile functionality of Lucid Chart is lacking. I was told during training sessions when I brought up mobile app issue that I should just use the browser as the app is not quite ready. The two biggest issues I have with using mobile browser is there seems to be no Find function available and the constant refresh of the page when trying to move around the map is extremely frustrating.

On the mobile web browser the find function is the browsers “Find in page” function which does not work at all on our maps. I think an integrated search function to Lucid chart would be a very helpful function for it’s users.
