Custom Shape Bank Display Issue

Hi, I posted about this as an Idea because I was under the impression that it wasn’t yet a feature.

I’d like to create a custom shape bank with my own numbers inside the circles, rather than the prescribed story points, however, it i’ve tried several ways to get it to work with no luck. I essentially don’t want the .5 or 21 as an option in my story point bank.

Then today for a hot second, i was able to get it to work and show the numbers. But then i went to create another one and it stopped working again.

Is this a feature or not?

I tried it in incognito mode in chrome with no luck.

Thank you for your post! I believe I am seeing the same issue on my end. To clarify, in the custom bank you don’t see the numbers, but when you pull shapes out the numbers appear?

Yup, that’s correct. But then when i tried it the other day, it suddenly worked for a few mins but when i tried it again it stopped working. So i guess I’m wondering if it’s supposed to show the number or not.

Thank you for the reply. I checked with our team internally and found that this is the intended behavior of the Custom Bank feature. However, this would be a good addition to the product, and we are very interested in your feedback!

I’ve just created a Custom shape bank for Delegation Poker and it's working as anticipated - for now :)
