I’m sure many have noted this. I feel like this was an oversight from the beginning. This is core functionality needed right away.

Hi @romaine5

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your input is valuable for future updates and improvements. To ensure your feedback reaches the appropriate teams, please share your suggestions through the official feedback channels.

You can visit this page here Feedback and Feature Requests | Community for details on providing feedback to help improve Lucid’s services.

Alternatively, you can complete this form here to share any feedback directly:  https://lucidchart.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0V9UbQUnmCfPYwe .

Regards,

Ria

Hi @romaine5, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! We’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products.

Thank you @Ria S for suggesting the feedback form. Unfortunately, that second link is actually specifically for FedRAMP users to leave FedRAMP product feedback. The best method to post feedback in the community is to create an idea, which will go into the product feedback section of the community.

For this specific post, I’ve gone ahead and converted this post to an idea for you so that it’s visible to others within the Product Feedback section of the community - from here, they can upvote it and add details of their own.

To clarify, are you hoping to add notes to an arrow in Lucid, similar to how you can add notes to shapes? If you’re willing to share, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread.

For more information on how we handle feedback in the community, I do recommend checking out the Feedback and Feature Requests resource just as @Ria S has reccomended.
