Hi @Anna Pruszków, my apologies for the delay here as I discussed with our product teams.

Unfortunately, this isn’t currently supported in Lucid, but we’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products.

If you’re willing to share, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread.

Hi @Anna Pruszków

While Lucidchart doesn't impose a strict limit on the number of swimlanes, practical considerations such as performance and usability become significant constraints around the 50-column/row mark.

Exceeding this threshold can lead to noticeable performance issues.

Some useful tips to this context in the below article

Vertical and Horizontal Swimlanes together? | Community

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Hi @Anna Pruszków, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Thanks @Humas1985 so much for your insight here!

@Anna Pruszków would you mind describing what you are hoping to create in a bit more detail, and explaining your use case? This will help me see if there’s a good solution for you! I’m curious if dynamic tables would be helpful for what you are hoping to do, in which case I’d recommend the Add a Dynamic Table to a board article from the Help Center.

Hello, thank You for answer. I woluld like to create makigami map with many details, many steps. Every step of process has each column. In our process there are more than 50 steps(in Lucidchart I can create only 50 columns) I would like to create more.

Hi @Anna Pruszków, thanks for that additional detail!

Unfortunately, I don’t believe this is currently supported in Lucid, but I’m checking in with my team to see if there’s an alternative or workaround for your use case. I apologize for any inconvenience here.

I will let you know what I find out asap!
