Vertical and Horizontal Swimlanes together?

Good question! There is a multi-dimensional swimlane option in Lucidchart (see screenshot).
Alternatively, you can utilize our fast product switching to switch to Lucidspark > add the dynamic table > and then switch back to Lucidchart.
