Good question! There is a multi-dimensional swimlane option in Lucidchart (see screenshot).
Alternatively, you can utilize our fast product switching to switch to Lucidspark > add the dynamic table > and then switch back to Lucidchart.

That is a great question! Those are called dynamic tables, and they can be found in the left hand panel (see screenshot). Let me know if you have any questions!
