Hi, I’m Clare! Im a Senior Business Process Analyst at Optimizely, based in the UK but working with teams from the US to Australia! I’m primarily using LucidChart to visualise and diagram as part of our projects, although I have dabbled a little in LucidSpark as an alternative to Miro! 😉 I find Lucid a really great way of collaborating virtually with colleagues, and use it a lot to visualise what is being discussed to ensure everyone is on the same page.

We are a fully remote company so having the information available to anyone in the company on how processes work or for when we go through audits is key to us being successful!
